ShipStation’s Intuitive Onboarding Gets Merchants Shipping in Minutes

Project Overview

In today’s fast-paced business landscape, it’s crucial for online merchants to swiftly get their business systems operational. ShipStation helps merchants quickly generate discounted shipping labels for all of their online orders, wherever they sell online.

Regardless of a merchant’s size or level of expertise, new users now immediately realize how much time ShipStation is going to save them. We designed an onboarding experience that breaks down the necessary set up steps into small, simple to complete tasks so there is no ambiguity about how to get started. This approach, which we optimized through extensive user testing, sets merchants up for success and gets them shipping orders in a single session.
